Year End Statutory Accounts

Under company law all UK registered LLPs and limited companies are required to file financial statements at Companies House each year.

At Harris Bassett we have all of the necessary skills and tools to produce fully compliant accounts in line with Companies House and HMRC requirements. As a result we take away the risk of penalties being imposed.

We endeavour to meet with the directors and key staff at least once a year to familiarise ourselves with your systems and software. This then enables us not only to produce the year end accounts with minimum disruption to you but also to gather the background information of any extraordinary events that may have occurred during the year.
